DOWNTOWN. For more than 25 years, this establishment has been one of Palm Springs' favorite places for Mexican cuisine. Dine under blooming bougainvillea and enjoy signature dishes while sipping a margarita made with one of the restaurant's more than 20 tequilas. Strolling mariachis provide music and entertainment. Also serves breakfast and a popular champagne brunch on Sunday.
